Total Fit Therapy was founded by Evans, a Chartered Physiotherapist with over five years of experience working across the NHS, private clinics, and professional and semi-professional football environments. The clinic was created to support a wide range of people, from those dealing with everyday aches and long-standing pain, to individuals recovering from injury or looking to return confidently to sport and activity.
Evans’ experience across both healthcare and performance settings shapes the way care is delivered at Total Fit Therapy. Treatment is evidence-based, practical, and always tailored to the individual. Whether the goal is to move more comfortably at work, return to exercise, or recover properly after injury, sessions are never rushed and focus on long-term outcomes rather than short-term fixes.
