Steps4SEN provides personalised 1-to-1 sports coaching and tutoring for children and young people aged 3-18 with all Special Educational Needs (SEN). Sessions are tailored to each child's abilities, interests and individual goals, helping develop physical skills, confidence and learning. We provide sports coaching and Maths, English and Science tutoring across London, Essex and Kent. Sessions are available at home, in a garden or a suitable local park.
Every session is planned around the individual child. Activities can be adapted to suit different abilities, communication styles and levels of confidence, with a focus on making physical activity and learning enjoyable. Sessions can take place in the child's home, garden or a suitable local outdoor space, depending on what works best for them and their family.
Sports coaching sessions include a range of sports, specialist equipment, exercises and stretches, with activities carefully adapted to each child's ability and individual needs. Tutoring sessions focus on Maths, English or Science and use a variety of learning resources, activities and tests to build understanding and track progress. Sessions are delivered by qualified and experienced coaches and tutors, with all staff having over 5 years of experience in SEN coaching and tutoring.
