Business overview

I help professionals who feel stuck in their career to find work they love. I often support people who feel that they are at 'crossroads’. They are usually very talented, committed and keen to achieve something in their career... but they no longer enjoy their job. We work together to find a new direction which gives them what they want: a new fulfilling career, using their skills and experience in new ways in a job they love. I am also a coach supervisor and help coaches develop their practice through coaching supervision, giving them space to reflect on their work with clients, consider fresh perspectives and get support with the challenges arising from their work.
